Conference Options

Conference Option 1: Private Viewing at Spier Venue

We bring a small selection of raptors and a Black Eagle (Mick) to a venue on the Spier Estate. Guests have the opportunity to ask questions and touch and/or hold the raptors. A great ice-breaker at cocktail parties & conferences!

Cost: Flat fee of R1250-00 per viewing (approximately one hour).

Conference Option 2: Private viewing at Eagle Encounters

Guests are directed to the Flying Area, where a selection of owls; kites; buzzards; hawks and falcons are flown to and around them exclusively. The atmosphere is relaxed and openly communicative, allowing guests the freedom to ask questions whilst enjoying personal encounters with and learning about these fascinating predators. To round the event off on a high note, we fly one of the large eagles across the lawn towards the group, where they can get the full impact of the impressive size and great strength of these majestic giants.

Cost: R50-00 per person, minimum charge of R1 250-00 per viewing.

Conference Option 3: Private viewing at Non-Spier Venue

We will bring a relevant selection of interactive birds, including the Black Eagle, to a venue of your choice. Guests can enjoy the thrill of personal encounters with these mysterious and majestic creatures! Those who muster-up the courage may have the opportunity to hold the Black Eagle.

Cost: R1 800-00 per viewing within 60km of Spier, thereafter R2-00 charged per km.
